Dynabook Canada Announces Leadership Transition: Carmine Cinerari Appointed as President & CEO
Mississauga, ON – April 2, 2025 – Dynabook Canada, a leading provider of innovative computing solutions and support services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carmine Cinerari as its new President & CEO, effective April 1, 2025. Cinerari, who also serves as President & CEO of Sharp Electronics of Canada, will now oversee the strategic direction and growth of Dynabook Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sharp Corporation.
Cinerari succeeds Ralph Hyatt, who is retiring following an accomplished 30-year career in the technology industry. Hyatt dedicated 16 years to Toshiba Canada and the last 7 years leading Dynabook Canada since its establishment in 2018, after Sharp acquired Toshiba Client Solutions. His leadership has been instrumental in driving Dynabook’s success and innovation.
Bringing more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership within the consumer and office technology sectors, Cinerari is well-positioned to lead Dynabook Canada into its next phase of growth. Since joining Sharp Canada in 1996, he has held various key roles and, in 2008, was appointed President. Over the past 17 years, Cinerari has successfully guided Sharp Canada through market & sales expansions, acquisitions, brand strategy initiatives, and business transformations.
With his expanded leadership responsibilities at both Sharp Canada and Dynabook Canada, Cinerari aims to strengthen Dynabook’s market presence by leveraging the combined expertise, assets, and resources of both organizations under the Sharp Corporation umbrella.
In conjunction with this leadership transition, Dynabook Canada is also pleased to announce the following key organizational changes effective April 1, 2025:
- Danny Lee-Yow has been promoted to Vice President & General Manager.
- Mini Saluja continues in her role as Vice President of Marketing & Operations, driving Dynabook Canada’s strategic marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Jamie Duncan has been promoted to Senior Director, Sales.
These leadership appointments reinforce Dynabook Canada’s commitment to operational excellence, customer success, and continued innovation in the technology sector.
